Broadband Consulting goes the extra mile for our customer, In the event your fiber/COAX/or Fixed Wireless is not ready by your move-in date, we will lend you an LTE router until service is installed. Usage charges would apply at discounted rates.

Pre-Sale
We start with a discovery conversation with our prospective clients. Finding the right fit can only be accomplished through our discovery process. Our goal is to find out what keeps you up at night, and how to make it better.
STEP 2
Strategic Sourcing
Once our discovery process has completed, we determine which of our technology partners is the best fit. During this phase, we include hands-on engineers, demos, pricing and proof of concept (if needed on a case-by-case basis).
STEP 3
Lifecycle Management
This is the phase that sets us apart from our competition. Our expert team helps our clients with installation, programming, and more. We are there every step of the way assuring you don’t have a failed install. We participate in all calls with project managers and work in unison with your team for successful installations.

Inventory Management
For clients with multiple locations and carriers, we offer our telecom and cloud management platform with self-service visibility into your inventory. Your telecom and cloud assets are pre-loaded in our inventory database allowing you to run reports such as contract end dates, inventory per site, and associated costs.
